The Principals

Shannon and Anton Titov are a dynamic husband and wife team. They have over 16 years of post-secondary education combined, including two master’s degrees. Their strong passion for real estate started while working for a local contractor in Oakville, focusing on duplex conversions and renovations. They expanded their expertise in the field by opening a property maintenance corporation and after two years of operation the business was sold for a 344% ROI, with a client database of over 300. They have worked in large multinationals over the last 10 years. Shannon and Anton launched their real estate investment company in 2016.
