WHAT WE DO:

We offer a turnkey opportunity to invest in real estate. Our concentration is on buy/hold investments which produce monthly positive cash flow. The company has an established network of lawyers, brokers, realtors, and trades partners. We purchase underappreciated assets and perform strategic renovations to increase the value of properties. We then rent the unit(s) and manage the properties for the full investment timeline. Our main priority is to minimize risk and increase investor returns.   

QUALIFICATION PROCESS:

Investors in the company are interested in increasing their investment in the Real Estate market but have limited time to manage the purchase, renovations, and the operations of the hard asset or are first-time investors and unsure of how to get started. They may want to mitigate risk by partnering with a team that has expertise in this space. 

RETURN ON INVESTMENT:

The investors receive a return on investment between 12% and 15%. This includes cash flow, debt repayment, and conservative capital appreciation. Purchase and rental decisions are based on current market information such as property cost, market rents, design strategies, vacancy rents, and economic fundamentals. The primary objective is to preserve capital and build your investor wealth through real estate investments. 

FINANCIAL REPORTING:

We communicate our financial performance on a quarterly basis. The principals are available for any questions that might arise outside of the quarterly reports. We will respond to any inquires within 24 hours.
